Westminster Speed and Sound was responsible for building a 5.1 surround sound rolling theater for the Team Lexus Dodge Sprinter van. The van is currently being used as a transport vehicle for Team Lexus to and from racing events. Westminster Speed and sound was contacted by JLB to build the vehicle and showcase some of the best products from JBL. The highlight of the system has to be the Lightspeed 23 inch video monitor that can be easily seen form three rows of seats. Yes we said 23 inches! The huge monitor has a front firing JBL center channel and can not be seen by the driver. The vehicle’s source unit was replaced with a touch screen Kenwood and then we connected Kenwood 10 disc CD changer, Kenwood Sirius tuner and Kenwood Nav system. As far as speakers we loaded this thing full of them. We placed JBL components up front, JBL coaxes for rear fill and three JBL 10 inch subwoofers. The rear of the vehicle was designed to keep all usable storage and space. A custom sub and amp rack were built to house and hide three JBL subs and two JBL amps. Make sure to head out to the next Lexus Race and you will most likely see the van.

This is what they do at world
Submitted by adrianglock on April 12, 2011 - 10:08pm.This is what they do at world renowned WCC! The van is ridicilously pimped out with bass booster and 5.1 sorround sound system. There are kits like this that you can buy at car parts online, same value with the sound, hence you need to put up some box to make the speakers sound better.
