Features of the JBL BassPro 12
The BassPro 12 is a powered subwoofer system that includes everything you need to add great bass to your car or SUV. The enclosure measures 22.5 inches wide by 14.625 inches tall. It features an angled rear panel that fits up snugly against a rear seat. It’s 12.125 inches deep at the bottom and 6.375 inches at the top. JBL wrapped the enclosure in a durable black carpet to blend nicely with your vehicle.
JBL’s Slipstream vent is a patented design that delivers impressive bass with extremely low distortion at high volume levels. This results in clear, detailed and musical bass, even when the system is pushed hard.
The 150-watt amplifier is optimized for the 12-inch subwoofer in the enclosure and includes a remote level control we can install in the front of the vehicle. RCA preamp inputs and speaker-level inputs allow the amp to be connected to almost any source unit. JBL even includes remote turn-on detection circuitry that activates the amplifier when you turn on the radio. In addition, bass boost, an adjustable crossover and a polarity control switch are provided so we can fine-tune the system to sound great with the rest of the speakers in your vehicle.
